Alexandre started in market research, marketing and sales mainly for the pharmaceutical industry before he graduated with an MBA from Boston University. Management control, restructuring of midsize companies aswell of multinationals subsidiaries such as General Mills, brought him naturally to managing directorship positions for 15 years, first in B2C with MEXX and than B2B with Treco

He has also a broad experience as consultant and is a specialist of innovation and change management where a.o. he communicates with the management over the company strategical evolutions  and there reasons. His effectiveness is often facilitated by his key role in the definition of the new directions.

Empathy with the Founder and/or the multinational HQ are key in this approach.

He was greatly involved with the last developments in most oft he renewable areas. (Wind, Solar, Biofuel & Biomass) 

Thanks to his multiple experiences with market leader companies in various market, he has build an extended network from which benefit his customers. And, himself as a consultant or as an interimmanager has a capacity of rapid integration both with the existing team  as with the boards.

Alexandre finds his pleasure in challenges and interacting with people. That is to manage a situation of transition or to define and implement new operational processes.
